Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Work Type: Travel
- Pay: $44/HR($1,760) Local Pay- $50/HR($2,000) ($985 taxable and $1,015 non taxable)- Travellers
- Location: Glendale, CA
- Title: Physical Therapist-Home Health
- Certifications: CA State License, BLS, Covid Vaccine & Booster/Exemption
- Start Date: 07/21/2025
- Shift length: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- PT: Field position- Bakersfield/ Kern County
Home Health
Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
Home Health experience preferred- willing to consider candidates with no HH experience
CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required
GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
