Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Experience

Location: Collinsville IL

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of IL.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar long-term care setting preferred.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
