- Willing to consider travelers with 1 year of experience
- Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission
- Two professional references completed within two years of current date – must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity
- Candidates will float within hospital as needed
- EPIC experience is strongly preferred (required for ER) – please indicate last facility candidate used EPIC
- Return Staff Policy – must be gone 1 year and still in good standing (will not allow them to return if they are local)
- Copy of covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (must use facility form)
- Blocked Scheduling will not be approved
