We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our physical therapy group full time in Montgomery County to provide patients with all phases of physical therapy. We’re looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. We currently employ over 100 people throughout seven locations in and around Philadelphia, PA. We operate in a high-energy, strong manual therapy, and positive-thinking environment. About us:

We provide our patients with high quality physical therapy and medical rehabilitative services. For more than 40 years, we have been diagnosing and treating traumatic injuries in Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas. Our board-certified physicians and licensed physical therapists work closely with our patients to continue the tradition of dedication, commitment, and high-quality care.

Duties:

  • Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
  • Consult with and communicate/coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
  • Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
  • Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques
  • Compose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessary
  • Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
  • Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
  • Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
  • Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • PT license in PA

Schedule:

  • Full time

Compensation:

  • $80k-$120k per year (DOE)
