We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our practice in Johns Creek, GA. We have 2 fantastic state-of-the-art locations, Johns Creek, and Suwanee (5 miles apart), and the PT may take shifts at either location. Join our quickly expanding therapy practice, with access to experts, and training to become certified in the latest treatments, using the most advanced equipment and technology! Ideally, we are looking for a highly motivated PT with interest in outpatient orthopedics and neurological conditions, and a plus is someone that does Pelvic Health, Cupping and/or dry needling. Professional and Educational advancement with the opportunity to expand your role as we grow this clinic with Director opportunities available!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing thorough PT/orthopedic evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, exercises, and the benefits of continued care
  • Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results of patients
  • Deliver effective treatments utilizing manual therapy skills, exercise prescription and pain-relieving techniques
  • Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall health
  • Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times
  • Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries
  • Oversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services
  • Supervise PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care and related activities, in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Code of Laws and other governing entities such as Medicare
  • Delegation of appropriate patient care activities to the physical therapist assistant that are in accordance with that employee’s skill level and deemed appropriate by the state practice act.
  • Consults with referring physicians as needed through documentation and as well as verbally
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school
  • Current GA licensing and all other state-required documentation
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures

Schedule:

Monday- Friday (9-5)

Salary:

$100k-$120k
