Physical Therapist - Acute Care | 4x10 or 5x8 Flexible Schedule

WellTech Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a premier Acute Care and Rehab team in Stillwater, OK. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced inpatient environment but values the ability to customize their work week.

Compensation & Premier Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $38.18 – $58.77/hr
• Annual Salary: $79,414 – $122,241

Schedule & Clinical Setting

• Flexible Shifts: Choose between 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts per week.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule (with weekend rotation; weekday schedule shifts when working a weekend).
• Setting: Inpatient Med/Surg Rehab & Acute Care Hospital.
• Caseload: Balanced daily based on patient census to ensure fair distribution.
• Clinical Focus: Evaluating and treating total joints, spine, and diverse medical/surgical diagnoses.

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist in our interdisciplinary environment, you will provide a full range of services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will be a key contributor to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving, maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred).
• Licensure: Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license.
• Certification: Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Experience: Required experience with adult and geriatric populations; experience with physical disabilities preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to work effectively with confused or aggressive patients.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Stamina to manage stressful situations and a busy clinical schedule.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or patients (up to and exceeding 100 lbs) throughout the shift.
