Job Description
Job Type: Full-time, 4-10 hour shifts
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (This is flexible, as well)
Physical Therapy Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and have experience or a strong interest in outpatient care settings. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques as appropriate.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, therapeutic exercises, and home exercise programs.
Qualifications of the Physical Therapist:
- , Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
