Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 8 hour days, 40 hours per week
* PT must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
* Point Care/HCHB proficiency is required
* TN PT License and BLS required
* Will travel up to 400 miles per week, seeing 30 patients
* Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid drivers' license
