Full-time Physical Therapist | SNF
$55–$60/hr + Benefits | Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends | Skilled Nursing Facility (66 beds)
About This Role

What You'll Do
- Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate range of motion, strength, balance, and pain to create accurate movement diagnoses.
- Plan Treatments: Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans tailored to patient goals.
- Deliver Therapy: Provide manual therapy, exercises, and modalities (ultrasound, e-stim, etc.).
- Support Recovery: Guide rehab after surgeries, injuries, or neurological conditions.
- Educate & Empower: Teach patients and caregivers exercises, posture, and techniques for long-term independence.
Flexible Schedule Options
- Full-Time: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.
- Part-Time: Flexible hours, optional weekends.

Requirements
DPT from an accredited program.
Active CA PT license (in process or willing to obtain).
Ability to pass background check.
