Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1850.00
CHI Mercy Health is in need of a qualified Physical Therapist to start immediately. Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of traveling experience along with active BLS certification. Delivers quality therapy services to patients by performing evaluations and developing individual treatment plans and goals to maximize functional outcomes. Services are delivered to both inpatients and outpatients of all ages within the framework of an interdisciplinary team approach including the patient, significant others and medical professionals. CHI Mercy Health is a small critical access hospital in Valley City, ND.
