* 13 week assignment, ASAP start
* 40 hours per week
* Must have 1-2 years of experience working as PT
* MS PT license and BLS certification
* $2,000 bonus upon completion of 13 week assignment
* 80% of position is held in Ashland, 20% in Ripley
