* 13 weeks, 12/12/16 start
* M-F, 40 hours/wk guaranteed
* Candidate must have at least 1 year of previous experience working as a PTA and have prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
* Must be willing to float within a 25 mile radius of facility
* BLS certification required
