Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1550.00 - 1900.00
SD licensed PT needed for July through Dec. 2 yr post grad exp, for Clinic that is on hospital campus. 10-13 patients per day per therapist, Redoc and Meditech charting, Basic theraputic modalities. Ped thru Geri.
Required Qualifications
BLS (AHA only), SD PT license, 2 yr post grad exp, for Clinic that is on hospital campus. 10-13 patients per day per therapist, Redoc and Meditech charting, Basic theraputic modalities. Ped thru Geri
Small rural critical access hospital, primarily OP but do see a few swing bed patients, maybe 1-3 per week. OP has 3 FT PT's and we have OT/speech contract service as needed. A lot of orthopedics both IP and OP and Eval and treat orders or protocols. 5 days a week starting in 2nd to last week/last week of August until the end of Nov. Documentation on ReDoc/Net Health for OP and Meditech for IP.
