Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 08/23/2021Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 - 2100.00
Home Health experience requiredCurrent State License as a Physical Therapist - Required. Proof of current CPR certification - Required. Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required. 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required. Previous home care experience - Preferred. Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required.
