We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about challenging and significant work for the good of every patient! We are searching for someone who is compassionate, serves with a purpose, is dedicated to supporting their team, and who seeks excellence every day.
It is important to have a minimum of 2 years of experience with adult hospital based care. This individual provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels. Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
This is a Full Time, day shift position. There are weekend and holiday hours with this position.
Qualification:
- Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
- Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
