StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 - 2100.00
Well respected Home Health Client is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment
Required Qualifications

30 Hour Guarantee
14 Day Notice
HH Experience
Active IL License
All HealthPRO-Heritage travelers will be required to produce a negative COVID 19 test until further notice
Mileage will be compensated at $0.36 per mile in-between patients only.
Therapist will time in when they start their treatment at their first patients home, and time out when their treatment is completed at their last patients home.
