Hospital in the upper peninsula of Michigan seeking a skilled physical therapist for contract assignment. Responsible for the evaluation, treatment plan, and execution of a physical therapy program which will enable a patient to reach their maximal functional performance. This includes prevention, identification, correction, and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of anatomic or physiologic origin. Outpatient population includes pediatric age group. Inpatient population includes pediatric, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. Will consider new grads, but prefer at least one to two years with experience in outpatient orthopedic setting/inpatient acute care setting. Peds experience would be a Plus as there will be about 25-50% peds and this individual would be the go-to. If individual has even had clinical experience in Peds, they will be successful.
