Job Description
Evaluation and treatment of the Acute inpatient, working with a diverse patient population. Treatment is performed in one of 3 therapy departments and/ or at bedside. Employee may be working in a therapy gym or clinical area alone but will never be the only therapist on staff for the day. Typically 10-12 PT's working Mon-Fri; 4-5 on the weekend. On call not required. Potential of a weekend every 3-4 weeks once oriented. 500+ bed hospital. Average of 12-14 PT patient evals/treatments a day.
