Job Description
Small Montana hospital is seeking a PT with at least 2 years of experience. If interested, please reply with your most recent resume and I will contact you with further details.
Job duties:
- Multi-faceted job setting where you will need to be independent with treatment plans for patients in SNF, outpatient and inpatient swing bed
- Will need reliable transportation for traveling between facilities
- Independent with documentation and ordering supplies
- Patient load: 8-13 patients a day, 40 hours a week
