Job Description
Physical Therapist – Home Health
- Full-time, permanent position as a Home Health Physical Therapist in an EASTERN OREGON rural community
- Evaluates, plans and administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Qualifications
- Holds, or is eligible for, Oregon Physical Therapy License
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
