Physical Therapist (PT) - $38-$53/hr

Shift: Days

Compensation: $38-$53/hr

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated healthcare team in an inpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will utilize the physical therapy process to provide comprehensive patient care, perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, provide patient and family education, and monitor progress toward functional goals. Opportunities to support patients within outpatient and emergency department settings may also be available.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
• Participate in discharge planning and ongoing care coordination
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on achieving functional goals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapist license required (or willing to obtain)
• Prior Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
