Job Description
A leading home health organization in Ventura, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00/hour, depending on experience + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Guaranteed weekly pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Home health experience preferred
- Serves patients throughout Ventura County and surrounding coastal communities
