Job Description
A leading home health organization in Modesto, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00/hour, depending on experience + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
- Guaranteed weekly pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Open to H-1B sponsorship
- Serves Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Tuolumne Counties
