Job Description
A leading home health organization near Reno, Nevada is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $130,000 - $160,000 annually (PPV Rates)
Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
- Guaranteed weekly pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercises
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Active Nevada Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Home health experience preferred
- Serves Carson City, Dayton, Silver Springs, Gardnerville, and surrounding communities
- Located near Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains
- Enjoy outdoor recreation including skiing, hiking, fishing, and boating
