Job Description
A leading home health organization in Ramona, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00/hour, depending on experience + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation
- Guaranteed weekly pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Home health experience preferred
- Serves patients throughout Poway, Ramona, Rancho Bernardo, and Rancho Peñasquitos
