Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity (Pay: $41-$45/hourly)

A leading home health organization in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $41.00 - $45.00/hour, depending on experience
Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
• Guaranteed weekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement provided

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and according to the physician's plan of care
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum performance
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, muscle re-education, and functional activities
• Utilize therapeutic modalities including heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and massage as appropriate
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on the proper use of assistive devices, wheelchairs, braces, canes, crutches, and orthotic equipment

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate's Degree required
• Current Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required
