Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location Near Ennis, Texas
Employment Permanent / Direct Hire
Compensation Approximately $75,000 base for a new graduate and approximately $85,000 base with three to four years of experience; final offer based on experience. A potential sign-on bonus will be confirmed during the process
Position overview
Provide individualized outpatient care in a clinically focused practice with approximately 40-minute appointments and about 12 patient visits per day. New graduates are welcome and receive a structured six-month mentorship program with a reduced caseload and an assigned mentor.
Qualifications
Texas PT licensure or eligibility is required. The team values warmth, strong communication, humility, clinical curiosity, and a genuine interest in one-on-one patient care.
