Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire

We are currently seeking Physical Therapists to join healthcare teams in a variety of clinical settings. Multiple permanent, direct-hire opportunities are available, including positions in outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, rehabilitation centers, home health, and specialty care environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess patients' functional needs

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

  • Provide therapeutic treatments and interventions according to established plans of care

  • Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate

  • Document evaluations, treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately and promptly

  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment plans, mobility, and continued care

  • Encourage safe mobility, independence, functional improvement, and overall quality of life

  • Follow applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program

  • Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state

  • CPR/BLS certification as required by the position

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
