I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist in Indiana! There is potential for sign-on bonus.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one therapy, educate patients, and collaborate with our clinical team to help patients achieve their goals.
Location: Near Ft Wayne, IN
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days, Mon-Fri
Requirements: College degree; IN PT license; prior experience
Pay: Discussed during interview!
