Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.

Track patient progress and modify treatment plans.

Educate patients on treatment and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate documentation.

Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
-
DPT degree or equivalent.
-
South Carolina PT license or eligibility.
-
Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Experienced and new graduate candidates may be considered.
