We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in St. Augustine, Florida who wants autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential in a full-time home health role.
You’ll step into a clinical home health position focused on evaluations, start-of-care visits, reassessments, and discharges. You’ll build your own schedule while delivering high-quality one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
