We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in Jacksonville, Florida who wants schedule flexibility, true autonomy, and strong earning potential without burnout. You’ll step into a clinical home health role focused on one-on-one patient care. You’ll manage evaluations, start of care visits, reassessments, and discharges while building meaningful patient relationships. You make your own schedule and practice independently—with leadership support when you need it.

Compensation & Benefits
• $55–$58 per unit (Full-Time)
• $60–$65 per unit (PRN)
• 24 units guaranteed for full-time status
