Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Physical Therapist within a premier regional healthcare system. This position is primarily based in an Outpatient clinic but offers the professional variety of floating into Acute Care. You will lead a collaborative team, delegating tasks to PTAs and Aides while delivering high-quality, assessment-driven patient care.

Compensation & Incentives
- Pay Rate: Starting at $37.00/hr (Adjusted upward based on years of experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (With a 2-year commitment).

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Perform skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular assessments to determine patient needs.
- Individualized Care: Design and implement goal-oriented treatment plans, adjusting care protocols as patients progress.
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor PTAs, Aides, and students; co-sign verbal orders and ensure clinical standards are met.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate families and caregivers on pathology and treatment rationale; coordinate the procurement of necessary adaptive equipment.
- Collaborative Documentation: Maintain precise records in compliance with physician orders and regulatory policies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
- Comfortable working across different clinical environments (Outpatient/Acute).
- Strong communication skills for patient education and team delegation.
