We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in Jacksonville, Florida who wants autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong earning potential in a home health setting.

You’ll step into a community-based clinical role delivering physical therapy services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll manage evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide ongoing treatment while maintaining control over your schedule and daily routing.

You’ll practice in Jacksonville, Florida, a coastal city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and relaxed lifestyle with access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits
• $110 per Start of Care visit
• $85 for evaluations, recertifications, resumptions, and discharges
• $65 per routine visit
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 units per week with additional earning potential
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.40 per mile
• 4 weeks of paid time off
• 7 paid holidays
• $1,000 CEU stipend every 2 years
• Health insurance stipend covering up to 50% of premiums
