Job Description
I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for 5-10k sign-on bonus, 2.5-5k relocation assistance, and/or 3 months of temporary housing.
The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving rehabilitation and functional goals and maximum performance.
Location: Near Wellton, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; PT AZ license; prior experience
Pay: $51/hr mid-point
