Physical Therapist (Inpatient & Outpatient) - Housing Assistant Offered

NEW Permanent Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity – Inpatient & Outpatient
Full-Time or Part-Time | Plumas County, California

Join a dynamic healthcare team in a beautiful Northern California setting! We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide care across inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing environments. This role offers flexibility, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.

Compensation & Incentives:

• $55 – $79/hr (FT/PT)
• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) | $5,000 (Part-Time)
• $1,500/month housing stipend (first 3 months for relocation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, function, and independence
• Educate patients and families on exercises and assistive devices
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with care team
• Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT)
• Active California PT license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience in acute care, SNF, or outpatient settings
• Experience managing a variety of diagnoses and patient populations
