Turquoise (Folsom, El Dorado, Diamond Springs, Camino) / Sacramento, CA (within ~60-mile radius)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $80/Hr + IRS Mileage Rate
Schedule: Monday-Friday / Guaranteed Work Week: 40
Requirements:

Home Health experience – Required

OASIS experience – Required

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation experience required
