NEW Physical Therapist Opportunity – Southwest Arizona
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (1-year) or $10,000 (2-year)
Relocation: $2,500 (1-year) or $5,000 (2-year)
Housing: Up to 3 months provided (taxable benefit)

Position Overview

Join a supportive therapy team in Southwest Arizona as a Physical Therapist providing comprehensive care to patients across a variety of settings. This full-time role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time, day shift

• Inpatient/outpatient caseload mix

• Collaborative, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice

• BLS certification required

• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to supervise PTAs, techs, and students per department standards

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals and individualized goals

• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans

• Document assessments and progress accurately and on time

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Adapt to varying caseloads and assist across care areas as needed
