Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic and growing team in Grand Bay, AL. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, motivated, and passionate about helping individuals regain mobility and function.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions using manual therapy, modalities, and exercise.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes, exercises, and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Alabama state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the field, but new grads encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
- Bilingual (a plus but not required).
