Supervising Physical Therapist – Outpatient Setting

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.

Supervise and support a team of therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, and compliance standards.

Contribute to staff training, mentoring, and professional development.
Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Current Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).

Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for mentoring staff and driving patient-centered outcomes.
