Job Description
Shift: Days with rotating weekends (specific schedule discussed during interview)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Location: Pensacola, FL
Experience Level: Open to new grads
About the Role: We’re hiring a Physical Therapist who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll manage the full continuum of therapy services—from evaluation through discharge—in coordination with the care team and referring providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support function and recovery
- Document progress, modify care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team
- Prioritize and manage caseload effectively, including hand-offs and daily assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire
- Open to new graduates and experienced therapists
