Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, or sports-related conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including:
• Manual Therapy
• Dry Needling
• Cupping Therapy
• Laser and Light Therapy
• Sports Rehabilitation
• Educate patients on treatment progress, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in accordance with practice standards
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population (Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required)

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Spanish/English bilingual abilities preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and training are available
