Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Phillips, WI
Schedule: 24 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
Compensation: $60,000 – $72,000/year (Part-Time, 24 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and prevention-focused Physical Therapist to join our on-site primary care clinic serving employees and their families in the Phillips, WI area. This is a part-time position with a strong emphasis on wellness, early intervention, and building trust within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Prevention & Early Intervention:

Provide care at the first sign of physical problems to prevent injuries and long-term issues.

Collaborate with workplace health and safety teams to enhance wellness initiatives already in place.

On-Site Observations:

Evaluate employees in their work settings to understand job demands and potential risk factors.

Recommend strategies to prevent injuries and improve workplace ergonomics.

Clinical Care:
-
Serve as the first line of care for work-related injuries (not workers’ compensation cases).

Deliver standard physical therapy services focused on early symptom intervention.

Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Medical Assistants (MA) to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Community Impact:

Build relationships with patients and their families, offering a long-term, trust-based healthcare approach.

Clinic Environment

Patient Population: Adults, with some pediatric patients starting at age 2; more men than women.

Number of Eligible Lives: ~500 employees and family members.

On-Site Services: Dispensary and lab available; no X-ray facilities.

Clinic Staff: PT, NP, and MA working together in a team-based environment.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy License in good standing.

Experience:

Strong interest in prevention, wellness, and early intervention care models.

Experience in occupational health or wellness programs is beneficial but not required.
