Job Description

NEW Physical Therapist Opening – Outpatient | Southern Rural Arizona | $20K Sign-On + $15K Relocation + $1K Monthly Stipend

Location: Southern Rural Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient with periodic inpatient coverage

Join a supportive and close-knit team in beautiful Southern Arizona! Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outstanding outpatient campus full time. This role offers the chance to practice with clinical autonomy, excellent support, and a patient-first philosophy in a community-based setting.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

  • No holidays required

  • Every 6 weeks: rotate into hospital setting for inpatient care (avg. 4–5 patients/day)

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply

  • Work alongside 2 experienced PTs and 2 PTAs

  • 90-minute evaluations, 45-minute follow-ups (PTAs handle follow-ups)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus

  • $15,000 relocation assistance
    – OR –
    Combine both for a $35,000 sign-on package if relocation isn’t needed
    (3-year commitment required; $20K upfront + $5K/year retention)

  • $1,000/month living stipend for 12 months

  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
