Job Description
A healthcare facility near Mount Vernon, OR is searching for a Physical Therapist to join their team!
Pay: $40.00 - $57.00/hourly
$10,00 Retention Bonus Included!
Physical Therapist Job Details:
- Setting: Inpatient/ Outpatient or Home base/Inpatient
- Shift: M-F or 4X10’s, very flexible
- Physical Therapist will performs accurate and comprehensive assessments
- Ensures that changes in patients’ clinical status are communicated to other healthcare team members and HHA office staff verbally and in writing in a timely manner.
- Ensures that physician orders are communicated to other healthcare team members in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
- Physical Therapist will coordinate care planning and delivery with the physician, patient and family/caregivers, other healthcare team members and HHA staff to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Valid/Current State Physical Therapy license.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum/school.
- BLS certification
- Doctorate of Physical Medicine ( preferred, but not required)
