We are currently seeking a full-time, licensed, and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic and patient-focused team.


Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. You’ll work closely with patients to restore mobility, enhance function, and promote independence — all while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patient therapy needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

  • Deliver hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.

  • Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment goals, and home exercise programs.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery.

  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

  • Stay current on the latest physical therapy research, techniques, and continuing education.

  • Participate in team meetings, quality improvement projects, and community outreach initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).

  • Current Mississippi licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist.

  • Previous clinical experience preferred but not required — new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on patient engagement.

  • Passion for patient-centered care and professional growth.

  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
