    • Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy Asst. license required
    • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
    • Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
    • 1+ years of experience is preferred
  • This position is located in the Lebanon, OR area with an outstanding 25-bed critical access hospital! FULL benefits included as well as very competitive pay offered.
