Position Highlights

• Hourly Wage: $43.17 to 51.44 per/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $20K
• Relocation: Negotiable depending upon candidate needs
• Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Low Call of 1:5-6
• No Weekend Hours

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in the acute and outpatient setting, including patients requiring a skilled stay or those in our LTC Facility.
• Additional procedures utilized at NMH include dry needling, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, women’s health, and AYSTM.
• Inpatient therapy in all acute departments, including:
  • ICU
  • ED
  • Med/Surg
  • Peds
  • SDC
  • LDRP
  • Swing beds
  • SNF.
• Provide Care in a 6,000 sq ft treatment area
• Traditional modalities including
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Ultrasound
  • E-Stim
  • Hot pack & ice
  • Fitron
  • UBE
  • Treadmill
  • And more!

Qualifications:

• Ability to organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improving the patient's quality of life following injury or disease.
• The physical therapy assessment and treatment will consider the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs
• Experienced in outpatient and inpatient care setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
