Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1800.00
NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. PT needed - ASAP start, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Will be supervisor of 2 PTAs. Candidate can expect 10-15 skilled patients on caseload, Part B from ALF, IL unit. Kin On is a 100-bed SNF offering assisted living, short- and long-term rehab, holistic rehab, and skilled nursing. Address is 4416 S. Brandon St. Seattle, WA 98117.
Required Qualifications
PT (skilled) - WA License
BLS
Must be comfortable supervising 2 PTAs

SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
