We are looking for an outstanding, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing Therapy team in Westminster, MD. We are looking for a PT to join us full time, to focus on helping our patients restore function so that they can live happier, healthier, and more active lives. We are conveniently located in northern Maryland, about 45 minutes NW of Baltimore.

We are a multispecialty team comprised of Physicians, Therapists, Nurses and Practitioners who collaborate to relieve the pain, restore physical function, and empower our patients to renew themselves so they can enjoy the lives they want and deserve. We have an integrated, comprehensive system of treatments where we serve as the end-to-end coordinator of interventional treatments, medication management, physical and massage therapy, along with lab testing, DME, and pharmacy services. Our multidisciplinary team practices at the top of our professional game in support of each patient- board certified physicians, advanced practitioners, physical therapists, and our dedicated support staff. Duties:

  • Directly or indirectly serves the needs of every patient with excellent customer service; conducting services in a caring, responsive, respectful, and courteous manner
  • Approaches work in a service driven, quality-focused, and cost-efficient manner; striving to achieve effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Adheres to ethical and regulatory standards
  • Addresses functional, psychological, and social needs of persons served while preserving their rights and dignity
  • Consistently strives to meet Company goals as well as the goals of the Physical Therapy department
  • Thoroughly and appropriately evaluates referred patients to assess their need for physical therapy services and the best possible physical therapy treatment plan
  • In coordination with other appropriate clinical team members, develops realistic, best-practice rehabilitation program using appropriate therapeutic modalities designed to meet the patients’ personal, vocational, recreational, and medical needs
  • Orients patients to their individual physical therapy programs to assure their understanding of the treatments, mutually agreed upon goals, and approximate anticipated length of the treatment
  • Explains the patient’s responsibility to mutually achieve the established physical therapy goals and a successful outcome
  • Promotes ongoing patient education and participation in discussion of their status, treatment plans, and goals
  • Maintains goal-directed and purposeful physical therapy assessment and treatment; with patient feedback and involvement at every PT session. Listens, responds, and appropriately addresses patients’ needs and concerns
  • Completes and maintains timely, accurate, and complete documentation and patient physical therapy records (paper and/or EMR); ensuring compliance with the documentation policies and requirements of the Company, State Board, patients’ insurance plan, and best practices (as outlined by the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners)
  • Work with and train personal rehab tech to assist treating patients
  • Assist with clinic/practice growth by working closely with marketing team
  • Completes and documents regular re-evaluations and assessments to measure patient progress, determine further plan of care, and meet 3rd party payor requirements
  • Ensures compliance with Federal/Medicare guidelines and Company policies
  • Participates in clinic marketing events as needed and professionally represents the Company and the profession of physical therapy within the community

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • MD state Physical Therapy License

Salary:

  • $88k-$100K per year
  • Sign-on bonus paid at one year!!
